These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EdApp services. By using EdApp, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
2. Service Description
EdApp provides educational and exam-preparation tools, including quizzes, analytics, AI-assisted features, and subscription-based premium access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
- Upload or transmit malware or harmful content.
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations
- Paid plans renew as described at checkout unless cancelled.
- Pricing, trial terms, and features may vary by plan and region.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party processors.
- If you cancel, access generally continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicit policy.
5. Intellectual Property
EdApp and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, branding, and content (except user-provided content where applicable).
6. User Content
You retain rights to content you submit, but grant EdApp a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." EdApp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific exam outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/business.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EdApp harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where EdApp operates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
