• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits and access controls.

• Paid plans renew as described at checkout unless cancelled.
• Pricing, trial terms, and features may vary by plan and region.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party processors.
• If you cancel, access generally continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

You agree to indemnify and hold EdApp harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where EdApp operates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
